Harrietville 2003

Had a good time at the Harrietville Bluegrass and Old Timey Music Convention. Catching up with patrons of the convention was good.

Garry Brown ran a Dobro workshop and I was invited to perform along with Quenton Fraser. I had another opportunity to play the new De Gruchy resonator and that was a treat. Bryan sure has refined the art of making resonators.

The downside was that it rained most of Saturday. Is that three in a row for me? perhaps I should hire myself out as a rainman?

Most impressed with Scott Shipley and Aaron Till from the U.S.A, superb musicians.
